Monthly tuition is a flat fee.  For weekly 30 min lessons monthly tuition is $110.  For weekly 45 min lessons tuition is $160.

Monthly tuition to be received on the first lesson of each month or electronically by the 5th.  

 

Electronic payments received after the 5th will incur a late fee of $20.

Notice of cancellation is required no less than 24 hours before lesson time.  Make ups will be scheduled based on my availability and during same week of cancellation.  

 

Cancellations without 24 hr notice will not be eligible for a makeup.

 

No lessons on major holidays (Thanksgiving, week of Christmas, and New Year's Day)
